10 Tips voor een goede presentatie<\/h2>\n<\/header>\n
\n

1. Vermijd te veel kleuren<\/h3>\n

Zorg voor een kamer met kleuren op elkaar afgestemd. Een eenvoudig kleurenpallet is veel stijlvoller en oogt rustiger. Kijk naar de basiskleuren die aanwezig zijn, vloer, meubels, ramen en bouw daarop verder.<\/p>\n

2. Ruimtes nooit overladen met meubels<\/h3>\n

Je zorgt ervoor dat er voldoende Meubels<\/a> aanwezig zijn, maar ook niet meer. Heb je een appartement met 1 slaapkamer, dan zijn 3 zitplaatsen in de zithoek en een tafel voor 4 personen voldoende. Je zorgt voor functionaliteit, maar enkel het hoogstnoodzakelijke. 1 TV kast, 1 buffetkast, de rest moet weg. Minder meubels laten ruimtes groter ogen.<\/p>\n

3. Kies 1 eyecatcher per ruimte, zicht naar buiten, schouwmantel, een knappe design fauteuil<\/h3>\n

Met meerdere eyecatchers<\/a> weet je niet waar eerst kijken. Je wordt overdonderd door indrukken, dit geeft een gevoel van onrust en halen je pand naar beneden.<\/p>\n

4. 2 à 3 accessoires per oppervlakte is een goede regel<\/h3>\n

Overlaadt geen kasten of oppervlaktes. Zie ook regel 3 om onrust te vermijden.<\/p>\n

5. Vermijd plastiek bloemen, fruit of planten tenzij goede namaak<\/h3>\n

Een mooie namaak plant, bloem of stuk fruit kan makkelijk 2 tot 4 keer zo duur zijn als een echte. Bij Vastgoedstyling<\/a> ben je dikwijls verplicht namaak te gebruiken, omdat panden onbewoond zijn. Investeer in mooie namaak of plaats liever geen planten of bloemen. Een bloem waarvan je ziet dat het namaak is, is een grote afknapper.<\/p>\n

6. Veiligheid primeert. Check een vrije doorgang voor het verplaatsen van meubels<\/h3>\n

Niets zo ergerlijk dan sleuren met een zwaar meubelstuk, dat je moet neerzetten omdat iets de doorgang blokkeert tijdens je verplaatsing. Het is ook onveilig, je kan struikelen. Controleer de vrije doorgang voordat je begin te verplaatsen.<\/p>\n

7. Nooit muurverf (latex) op hout gebruiken<\/h3>\n

Muurverf op hout oogt zeer onprofessioneel en zorgt voor extra werk, want de verf moet er terug af. Je wilt toch niet de indruk wekken dat het pand bewoond werd door iemand die zelfs de basisregels van klussen niet kent.<\/p>\n

8. Nooit matten op een vloer met vast tapijt leggen<\/h3>\n

We leven niet in Groot-Brittannië waar een vloermat op een vast tapijt een normaal gebruik is. Het is gewoonweg niet mooi, weghalen die mat. Of nog beter: Vervang het vast tapijt door vinyl of laminaat.<\/p>\n

9. Verschillende stijlen in een woning (romantisch\/klassiek versus strak modern)<\/h3>\n

Vaak zie ik romantische spullen tussen een strak design. Dit geeft ook een gevoel van onrust. Kies de stijl die overheerst in de woning en trek deze door naar alle kamers.<\/p>\n

10. Less is more!<\/h3>\n

Dit is een gouden regel, overal toepasbaar en zeker bij Vastgoedstyling<\/a>.<\/p>\n
